Who we are
Bergocraft is a personal, non-commercial project: a private Minecraft server for a group of friends, this website, a launcher and an admin panel. Everything is hosted on our own servers in France.
For any question about your data: contact@nyxa.sh.
This website
No cookies, no analytics, no ads, and nothing loaded from third parties: even the font is hosted by us.
Like any web server, our infrastructure processes your IP address to deliver pages and to protect itself from abuse (technical logs and abuse filtering).
The launcher and the server
The launcher is in development. This is the data it will process, and nothing else:
- Microsoft sign-in. You sign in on Microsoft's own page. Your sign-in tokens stay on your computer, in the system's secure storage, and are only sent to Microsoft, Xbox Live and Mojang. We never receive your email, your password or your tokens.
- Player identity. Your Minecraft username and UUID, confirmed to us by Mojang through the session mechanism every Minecraft server uses. They are used for the whitelist and for access to the server's files.
- Synced profile. Your launcher settings, game options, personal config files, the list of content you added (and files you added by hand), and your screenshots. We keep a version history so they can be restored. Admins can view and edit your profile to help you troubleshoot.
- Diagnostics. Only when you press the button for it: logs and crash reports, with tokens and paths on your computer redacted.
- Game server. Like any Minecraft server, it records connections, usernames, IP addresses and chat messages in its logs.
Why
Only to run the server, the launcher and the website. No ads, no selling, no sharing with third parties, apart from Microsoft and Mojang for sign-in.
How long
Your profile and player data are kept while you are part of the server, and deleted on request or when you leave. Technical logs are kept only as long as running and securing the service requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@nyxa.sh. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top is updated, and players are told about significant changes.
